1. Strong Core java Skills with good understanding of software Architecture and Design Principles.
2.Hands-on experience on Spring 3 and Hibernate.
3. Good Understanding of effective design patterns and when to use them.
4.Experience in cross functional and cross country teams
5. Experience in JSF and related technologies.
6. Experience in AJAX related technologies and ability to code cross browser complaint java script. JQUERY a plus.
7. Oracle plsql Knowledge.
Good to Have Skills
1 Unix Knowledge
2.Experience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of Application vulnerabilities such as Cross site scripting (XSS) and Cross request Forgery (CSRF)
